"I had a retaining wall put in 3 years ago by another company (I would rather not say which landscaping company did the initial work) to hold back the dirt for a construction project to our home. That wall started to bow out and fail shortly after the first year that I was installed. The original landscaping company came out on two separate occasions to try to fix it but we're unsuccessful. The third time I contacted the landscaping company they did not immediately return my call and when they finally did they came out they did not believe the issue was that bad. It was at this time that I found Alex and told him about the issue. Alex came out the same day that I called him to examine the retaining wall. Alex got in touch with a structural engineer that he works with and between the two of them were able to come up with a plan to make the retaining wall secure so we could start our home construction project. Alex took care of all the permits for the township. I just want to say thank you to Alex, the engineering company and his team and for all the hard work they had done."
