Excellent work, on time at budget. Can’t ask for anything more! Replaced a broken retaining wall
Alex and his team did a fantastic job replacing a long section of my retaining wall along the driveway. The project involved excavating the old wall and removing a large tree stump that had been anchoring part of it. Alex took his time and did everything properly using geogrid and compacting in lifts to rebuild the wall up to grade in preparation for new asphalt.

I had a retaining wall put in 3 years ago by another company (I would rather not say which landscaping company did the initial work) to hold back the dirt for a construction project to our home. That wall started to bow out and fail shortly after the first year that I was installed. The original landscaping company came out on two separate occasions to try to fix it but we're unsuccessful. The third time I contacted the landscaping company they did not immediately return my call and when they finally did they came out they did not believe the issue was that bad. It was at this time that I found Alex and told him about the issue. Alex came out the same day that I called him to examine the retaining wall. Alex got in touch with a structural engineer that he works with and between the two of them were able to come up with a plan to make the retaining wall secure so we could start our home construction project. Alex took care of all the permits for the township. I just want to say thank you to Alex, the engineering company and his team and for all the hard work they had done.
Alex Landscaping has performed several improvements to my yard and patio. I want to thank him for his work, insight, and manner in which he did with the utmost integrity. He took the time to listen, and explain the cons and pros of my desire, and the results were amazing. It was even better than I expected. Before using Alex's Landscaping services my backyard was like a Waffle House at 3am. Rowdy and out of control. Thank goodness I found Alex's Landscaping. Alex and his crew built me a retaining wall that will likely stand longer than the great wall of China. They were professional, knowledgeable, and respectful the whole time. Needed some serious edge work on my my front yard which has a plethora of complex garden features with mulch. They arrived onsite on time and at a reasonable price. Job was well done. I also had a pesky mushroom issue under one of my trees which they removed free of cost. Couldn’t be more enthused about the quality of the service would recommend to anyone needing some work done at their place .
Alex completed both the demolition of previous landscaping, and instilation of new, wheelchair friendly landscaping. Including the instilation of large, medium and small stones to replace previous very large flower beds and and large mulched areas to simplify maintenance. He planted the specimen tree rock garden around newly installed concrete walkways that will be beautiful once the specimen trees and shrubs fill in over the next couple of years. It is the wheelchair friendly design that i worked on and designed for over a year and Alex made it finally come true. My garden is finaly accessible again! Alex was very professional, and worked hard during the hotest summer days of the year! He followed my (amateur) designs perfectly and it looks beautiful! Can't wait for it all to fill in and bloom. Thanks Alex for putting up with this picky, demanding perfectionist. You did a great job! I highly reccomend him for whatever your project may be!
